These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MyToolkitt’s website and tools. By using MyToolkitt, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MyToolkitt provides free, browser-based tools — including a QR code generator, URL shortener, and WhatsApp conversion tracker — along with the pages and analytics that come with them. We’re actively adding more tools over time.

Accounts

Some features (saving your work, viewing analytics, managing your content) require an account. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Free usage

MyToolkitt is free to start, with no credit card required. We currently don’t apply a fixed cap to free usage, but we reserve the right to apply reasonable limits if needed to keep the service reliable for everyone and to prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyToolkitt to:

• Create or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights
• Send spam, phishing links, or malware
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse protections, or other technical safeguards
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the service

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content

You own the content you create with MyToolkitt (QR codes, short links, uploaded files, and so on). By using the service, you grant us the license needed to host, store, and display that content as part of running MyToolkitt — for example, serving your QR code’s destination page when someone scans it.

QR codes and short links are, by design, publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. You’re responsible for what you publish through them.

No warranty

MyToolkitt is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyToolkitt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continued use of MyToolkitt after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
